I started working as a housekeeper before the summer season started where my job consisted cleaning guestrooms, making beds, clean bathrooms deeply, organizing and stocking housekeeping carts, organize things in the warehouse and clean the public bathrooms in the restaurant.

When the high season started, in addition to working as a housekeeper I also started working in the bar, restaurant and kitchen area. where my work consisted of, delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers, assist with the preparation of food and dishes, cut meat, fish, chicken make drinks and take orders, cleaning, washing, controlling inventory. organizing the stockroom and fridges.

My job consisted: washing, peeling, coutting, chop and preparing food ingredients, unloading fresh supplies and organising the stockroom, checking sell-by dates and rotating food stock, cleaning kitchen appliances, ovens, dishes and pans observing cooking times and check the correct temperatures.

The job consisted in cleaning guestrooms after departure, making beds, replacing dirty linens and towels, restocking guestroom amenities like toiletries, picking up and returning valet laundry items and organizing and stocking housekeeping carts
