Accomplishments

  • Initiated and played a primary role to developed a pilot project (along other lecturers) following students ongoing failing in medication administration (OSCE), reviewed the literature, discussed with other lecturers and implemented effective education, clinical practice and assessments, with success.
  • Assessed and reviewed surveys from student nurses (International R/N’s), collected data as a QA project.
  • As Course Coordinator, reviewed and updated course outline for Graduate Diploma course and for internationally trained RN’s.
  • Involved in Cardiac research with group of Cardiologists at RNSH, to perform stents 24 hours ad day to MI patients instead of lysis therapy.
