Accomplishments

  • Supported the P&C team on the 2023 Student Internship Program (SIP) by recruiting two students for our National Graphics and Office Services team based in our Sydney office. This gave me the opportunity to challenge and develop myself by taking ownership of a key project, which allowed me to grow professionally through directly liaising and working collaboratively with hiring managers through conducting valuable job briefs. I successfully filled both roles ahead of the anticipated timeline which allowed us to utilize the interns earlier and assist the business unit with deliverables. Both hiring managers were happy with the outcome, and my professionalism throughout the recruitment process.

  • Successfully leading a Cert III in Retail with McDonalds, to improve employees experience, skills, and knowledge. The aim of the project was for the employees to get a formal certification and provide them with the knowledge and tools to lead and develop themselves and others within the workplace. Over the 12–18-month period, I facilitated assessments and training on and off the floor.
