I am excited to take the next step in my career and dive into Supply role. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong skill set in problem-solving, planning, and communication—skills that are essential in this field. In my role as a CEC, I've had the opportunity to collaborate closely with internal teams, such as the warehouse, freight carriers, and procurement, which has allowed me to better understand the entire supply team and improve customer service.
Beyond my day-to-day responsibilities, I was honoured to take on a mentorship role, training others and strengthening my abilities in communication, ownership, and problem-solving. Aside from mentoring, I have had a chance be involve in project like TFM delivery issues, where we proactively reached out to customers for delivery instructions, improving our service for future orders.
The hands-on experience I’ve gained, combined with insights from recent conferences, has deepened my passion for the supply and logistics field. I feel ready to apply what I’ve learned so far and continue developing my skills with the Supply team at Signet.
