• Designed and delivered the architecture for a GIS-enabled Enterprise Data Warehouse and Analytics platform using full stack Azure and best in class GIS services at a Victorian regulatory authority. Built the Enterprise Information model for the organization and distilled it into Conceptual-> Logical -> Physical data models for implementation on the Enterprise Data Warehouse. Set up the Data Governance function and associated ceremonies and artifacts such as Data Registers, Data Sharing Agreements, and Enterprise Data Dictionary. Overall, enabled the client to better understand and manage data, and consequently, to be able to respond better to emergency situations by plotting and visualizing incident data on a map in near-real time

• Organized and facilitated workshops to understand ongoing data-related issues with the Digital uplift program at a leading Health Insurance provider(BUPA). Setup the Data Governance board to address the identified issues and built and managed all the associated ceremonies and assets such as the Data Dictionary, data quality remediation plans, and data interface agreements between platforms. Also, set up the code branching strategies using git flow on Azure DevOps. Enabled the program to better manage their product releases with measurable confidence in the accuracy of data being reported to business leaders.
