I have collected and analyzed over 50 children's school transition statements, gaining valuable insights into their development and readiness for school. This experience has strengthened my ability to assess and support each child's unique transition needs, ensuring a smooth and successful transition to school.

My ability to observe and summarize each child’s learning helps me identify their interests and learning styles, allowing me to create personalized strategies that support their continued growth reflecing in a monthly learning summaries.

Create engaging learning environments tailored to each child's needs as I adapt teaching approaches to support the unique learning styles and developmental stages of the children. This year the children loved an outdoor obstacle course where I incorporated not only physical tasks, but numeracy and literacy challenges.

Focus on hands-on, STEM-based learning to foster curiosity and problem-solving. My favourite STEM challenges are based on the Fairy Tale stories especially "Jack and the Beanstalk".

I’m skilled in classroom management and promoting positive behavior by creating a well-organized, positive, and respectful environment where children feel safe and motivated to learn. I set clear expectations, maintain consistency, use positive reinforcement, and handle challenging behaviors calmly and constructively. This approach helps maximize learning opportunities and ensures that every child can engage and succeed.

Collaborated with Centre management to coordinate 30 1:1 parent-teacher teachers per academic year.
