I have been heavily involved with the rural health club at the university. I have been introducing health courses to students, who are from an Indigenous or remote rural backgrounds, through school visits and online seminars. I also keep track of the club’s expenses during events and report to the overarching committees.

Through the regular visits to Dr. Bashar’s practice, I have gained knowledge regarding dental practices, and the interactions between health practitioners and patients. On Saturday I am hosted by Dr. Bashar Said and I am given the chance to observe and learn about dentistry
