  • There was a desk dedicated to me in the lobby of this award-winning hotel
  • At this desk, where I directly interacted with guests and provided guidance, I was responsible for both the F&D department's sales and guest relations
  • I was in charge of all reservations and special events at the hotel's restaurants, including Monet Lounge, Summit Bar & Terrace, Italian, and Turkish Asian Restaurants
  • In this adventure where I intersected with every department of the hotel, I gained many beautiful and unique experiences related to hospitality
  • While creating reservations for guests for the F&D department and establishing guest relations, I developed myself significantly in both Hospitality and the operation of the F&D department, restaurant management, organization of special events, marketing, menu preparation, alcoholic beverages, and also sommelier knowledge
  • After growing this role for 8 months, two more ladies joined my team to work with me, and I became their director and shift leader.

  • At this Hilton hotel, located right in the heart of it all, I was the head of the welcoming team for all hotel guests. -Welcoming guests arriving at the hotel, -Adjusting the setups of VIP guests -Explaining general details about the hotel to guests during check-in and providing them with guidance through flyers -Receiving concierge training and guiding guests to museums and Bosphorus tours -Providing all necessary support to guests and always being in communication during my stay at the hotel.
