- Pick and packers locate the goods that customers order and pick them from the shelves. I ensure the goods match the customer's orders. I also ensure the products are of good quality.

- After picking products for customers, I pack the products for safe delivery. Depending on the order size I may pack orders in paper or plastic bags, boxes or large mailing envelopes. I also include documentation, such as a receipt, special offers or advertising from the company. I use bubble wrap or packing foam or cling wrap the entire pallet to keep products safe in transit.

- I carefully consider which items to pack together to minimise damage.

- Once the products have been picked and packed I seal the orders up and label them with the customer's name and address for shipping. I am responsible for confirming the order is accurate before sealing the package. As well as sign a pick ticket to confirm the order's accuracy.
