My key responsibilities as RTC College Administrator included:

  • Managing the day-to-day operation of the RTC for Prep to Year 12.
  • Ensuring the processes implemented were consistent with the College expectations and policies.
  • Liaising with relevant Heads of Departments, Chaplaincy Team, Year Level Coordinators, Pastoral Care and Classroom teachers to improve student learning and wellbeing outcomes.

  • Effectively coaching, supporting and motivating the Transcription/Relay Agents in my Team.
  • Contributing to operational initiatives and tasks associated with SSS Transcription operations as directed.
  • Monitoring workload demand and implementing appropriate strategies to achieve contractual Service Levels.
  • Being the first escalation point and delivering solutions within the scope of my role.
  • Working collaboratively with other Team Leaders and Management to ensure that Transcription/Relay Agents were engaged and supported, performance benchmarks were achieved, and a positive workplace environment was maintained.
  • Conducting Performance Reviews and Feedback as required.
  • Assessing individual Transcription/Relay Agents operational and behavioural performances against established benchmarks, policies and procedures with a focus on identifying opportunities for improvement and recognition.
