- In my almost 2 years at Kmart I have performed a number of duties that have been required of me.

- Customer service as well as maintaining the store's tidiness and keeping it in an organised manner

- Back of house duties such as bringing in stock from trucks, maintaining back dock, shifting pallets around using metal handling equipment & pallet jacks

- Decanting stock and filling, stocktaking and backfilling stock to & from the stock room

- Overnight shift from October to December 2023

- Maintained the store's tidiness and kept it presentable as well as assisted any customers in need.

- Boosted customer satisfaction levels through exceptional service, collaborating with colleagues, and providing a welcoming store environment.
