Conducting large scale repairs & diagnostics in the workshop and in the pit. Moved into 2ic duties as field breakdowns and workshop, every swing making stretched target plans. Organising and conducting strategic and safe breakdown repairs with detailed JHA’s.

Carried out large scale repairs and diagnostics at mine sites between WA and Queensland including Christmas creek. Carried out tasks within required time frame with safety as a key attribute.

• Worked in a team of up to 4 mechanics to repair essential equipment on short notice before being deployed on exercise
• Trained, instructed and mentored apprentices
• Conducted maintenance and heavy grade repairs on various vehicles and equipment, upheld stringent OH&S procedures, and provided technical advice.

• Performed light vehicle apprentice mechanic duties, communicated with customers, and adhered to stringent timelines.
