Throughout my time at Coles, I have been a model in several different roles. One of these roles includes training and guiding young inexperienced team members. Along with this, I have been required to lead groups of people for hours at a time.

Maintaining a job as an OSHC (out of school hour care) educator I have supervised and supported a group of primary aged children outside of regular school hours, typically before and after school and during school holidays. I also built meaningful relationships with the children, their families, and the school community.
