During my time working at Alpha Fresh Foods I was taught how to maintain organization within the office.

Creating, scanning, printing and emailing documents. Managing paperwork and overall tidiness of the office. I dealt with customers face to face and learned how to engage with them in a polite and helpful manner.

I have been entrusted with the complete care of my youngest sister who was born on 30/03/2020 since she turned one. During the time she is in my care, I am home alone with her. I not only keep her safe but I feed, bath, play with her and also put her to sleep. I take pride in the fact I am capable and responsible enough to look after a small child alone.

• Listened attentively to customer complaints or requests and resolved issues without need to escalate.
