Customer Service/Client Relations
▪ Ability to meet and greet customers

Finance/Cash Handling
▪ Process and receipt customer payments via cash and EFTPOS
▪ Record customer orders and process these via computer and POS systems
▪ Manage end-of-day takings
▪ Assist with depositing money into bank accounts
Administration & Records Management
▪ Provide receipts and manage relevant administrative records
▪ Follow checklists, manuals, and workplace guidelines
▪ Address and respond to incoming emails
▪ Assist with stock control, receipting deliveries, managing data entry, and ensuring resources are ordered, stocked and readily available
Hospitality & Food Services
▪ Present menu to patrons and organise seating
▪ Respond to questions about menu items and assist with dietary requirements
▪ Ensure compliance with requirements and industry standards
▪ Recognise and comply with safety and hygiene policies following Department of Health regulations
▪ Follow and practice sanitisation and food handling processes – preparation, storage, packaging, and presentation
▪ Assist with general housekeeping, cleaning, and rubbish removal
Retail
▪ Assist with stock merchandising, stock placement and replenishment
▪ Provide customers with product and service information
▪ Assist with open and close business procedures, including the implementation of store security and protection measures
▪ Assist with setting up periodical calendar celebrations
Workplace Health & Safety
▪ Responsible for workplace safety through implementing safe work practices
▪ Knowledge of manual handling procedures and heavy lifting recommendations
▪ Maintain and utilise all Workplace Health and Safety equipment, attire, and documentation
