I recently completed my VCE in Melbourne after moving from Bangladesh in 2022, where I studied Chemistry, English, Biology, Math Methods, and a language. Currently, I work as a sales assistant at Fully Promoted Heidelberg, where I excel in customer service, teamwork, and time management. Outside of work, I am passionate about makeup and henna art, both of which allow me to express my creativity. I am good at building strong relationships with customers, providing personalized recommendations, and working collaboratively with others. I’m also keen to pursue a legal career next year, where I can apply my analytical and communication skills

During my time as a sales assistant at Fully Promoted Heidelberg, I have achieved several accomplishments that reflect my dedication and work ethic. I have consistently met and exceeded sales targets by providing excellent customer service and personalized product recommendations, leading to increased customer satisfaction and repeat business.

I have played a key role in maintaining store organization and inventory management, ensuring that products are always well-stocked and displayed attractively. My attention to detail and proactive approach to merchandising has contributed to a welcoming and efficient store environment.

Additionally, I have developed strong relationships with customers, helping them find the right products to meet their needs, which has enhanced the overall shopping experience. My ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues has also contributed to achieving team sales goals and maintaining a positive and supportive work atmosphere.

These accomplishments have not only helped drive store success but have also allowed me to grow professionally, sharpening my skills in customer service, sales, and teamwork.

I have a strong passion for cooking and baking, enjoying the process of creating delicious meals and baked goods from scratch. Whether it’s experimenting with new recipes or perfecting classic dishes, I find great joy in the kitchen. My love for cooking allows me to explore creativity through food, and I take pride in sharing my culinary creations with others.
