Learned about counselling and clinical assessments. Studied different cases and application of different therapies. Studied the psychometric tests in detail and how to use and apply those tests.

Learned about microskills used in counselling. We had discussions about different therapies and its application on different kinds of patients and clients. Detailed sessions about opening and closing a counselling relationship with the client.

During my time volunteering as a teacher for government school children in India, I taught English and organized extracurricular activities. I learned the importance of patience, empathy, and adaptability in teaching. I saw the transformative power of education, the resilience of the students, and the need for more resources in government schools. This experience was humbling and taught me valuable lessons about the impact of education and giving back to the community.

During my internship in the finance department, I had the opportunity to gain valuable insights and practical experience in various key functions. I learned how to assist in budgeting processes by preparing and monitoring budgets, analyzing financial data, and utilizing budgeting software effectively. I also delved into tax compliance processes, including assisting on preparing tax returns, researching tax issues, and communicating with tax authorities. Overall, my internship experience allowed me to develop a strong understanding of finance functions and honed my skills in budgeting, accounting, and taxing, which will undoubtedly benefit me in my future career endeavours in the finance industry.
