- Manage IT Projects delivery structure and framework for ITS Infrastructure Managed Services for Client Bendigo & Adelaide Bank and Regional Customers
- Assist business exécutives & directors to develop business case and program of Works aligned with the infrastructure vision & strategy and future roadmaps across functional divisions (Infrastructure, R&D and innovation, Customer experience team)
- Manage products portfolio and solution developments. This may include feasibility phase, build design, proof of concepts (CPOC setup), and supplier liaison.
- Manage projects on Infrastructure Build Custom VPN’s Solutions, Next Gen Networks, Cloud Hybrid Solutions & Migrations (orchestration & automation), Backup as Service, Fortinet Firewall, Network (DC) Migrations, Acquisition & transformations, Data Centre Distribution enablement (12 sites), Infrastructure Refresh (12 Sites), Border Edge 10G upgrades between data centres (DWDM), Cisco ACI (Application centric infrastructure) SDN Fabric, IAAS (Infrastructure as a Service)
- Manage Project budget approvals, Vendor BOM (Bill of Materials) approvals and total cost of ownership (TCO) and review on business objectives and ROI’s (Return on Investments).
- Deliver within waterfall and agile project management methodology & framework. Assist in defining the project roadmap, costings, resourcing and assist in the managing external dependencies.
- Create project plan, project schedule, and project scope; manage project budget and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility, Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques, handle project exceptions with the sponsor and senior supplier & user.
- Monthly Project Report & Review with customer, executives & stakeholders.
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client, executives, and stakeholders.
- Perform risk& issue management to minimize project risks & issues.
Business Process Management
· Collaborate with BAU is to find alternatives and solutions to business challenges.
· Analyze business case requirements and use appropriate techniques to decompose, refine, review, and validate requirements. Ensure requirements are traceable, well communicated and aligned to the overall business or solution vision.
· Continually look at service process improvements by achieving speed, quality and the effective use of resources (cost/people/systems).
· Create models, workflows, and specifications to articulate processes and requirements.
· Measure SLA/ KPI’s Successful performance of all relevant Bendigo Telco service delivery projects to all target levels.
· Quality and timeliness of project teams support to achievement of project milestones and targets.
