DUTIES PERFORMED DURING AGEING SUPPORT
- Assistance with daily living like personal care, grooming and other necessary support.
- Carry out all work in adequate time.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team.
- Work collaboratively with coworkers, family, residents and other multidisciplinary team.
- Perform work in legal and ethical framework that supports the right and interests of the residents.
- Ensure that every resident is treated with the utmost respect
- Preserve each individual’s independence, dignity and privacy
- Maintain to the maximum, each resident’s physical and mental capabilities
- Encourage the continuation of social and recreational activities, cultural and spiritual needs with family and friends having regard to the wishes of each resident.
