Verbal Communication- My have and can communicate with a range of individuals from different cultures and backgrounds. Being from a diverse cultural background myself has equipped me to be able to connect and get across information and understanding effectively.
Reliable- My reliability as a team member in both my jobs, being employed as a retail associate and as a teacher at the Canberra Glassworks has shown my dedication to show up always and be present when at work in all capacities.
Commitment & Dedication- My ongoing contribution and commitment to fulfilling the jobs I have been assigned or extra work I have been given I have always completed and communicated when and how that said work would be done by. I ensure this so that work will be completed by a certain time and that what needs to be prioritised will be.
Collaborative Team Member- I have had practice leading and collaborating with team members, through group work assignments, at university and both my retail and teaching jobs, knowing when to take charge if needed or pull back for others to lead.
Honesty- I pride myself on how honest I am, wanting to also help where I can, tutoring peers with assignments, as well as critiquing and reviewing self/groups art at university and other artist at the Canberra Glassworks, giving feedback on how they can improve.
Self-motivation- I constantly want to better myself, by setting and achieving goals. So I can be as skilled as possible, in whatever I set out to do or am asked to complete.
