Isobelle Mackie

I currently play water polo for Henley Sharks and have also represented South Australia in the Australian Youth Championships for the past two years.

To play at this level I am very dedicated to training and have used my skills to help enhance team performance by developing and implementing strategic water polo plays.

Being involved in this sport has assisted to develop teamwork and collaboration amongst players, fostering a positive and supportive environment.

• Mentored junior members of the string ensemble, monitored their behaviour during performances and back stage.

I was selected to be member to The Future Leaders Program at Woodcroft College. This program is targeted at learning resilience and developing leadership skills through outdoor education. Through this program I developed the following skills:

• Working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Self-motivation, with a strong sense of personal responsibility.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
