• Ensuring operational efficiency within all the leisure centres.
• Effectively manage all customer emails, calls, and inquiries.
• Providing direction and feedback to team members by solving the customers concerns
effectively and efficiently.
• Assisting in recruitment processes and providing ongoing direction and feedback
• After acquiring contracts, follow up customer satisfaction, ensure performance of the
staff, and modify and enhance services provided by Ominta through value-added
services.
• Managing, motivating, and developing staff to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Coordinates, manages, and evaluates customer service, while cultivating strong
customer relationships.
• Collaborating with other teams, service agents, and customers to address customer
expectations.
• Implementing additional cleaning services to uphold customer satisfaction post-
contract acquisition.
• Performing weekly facility inspections to uphold the high standards set by Ominta
• Flexibility to work in various leisure centres, including interstate sites.
• Employees Recruitments (Publishing advertisement, short listing, scheduling and
conducting interviews, appointment letters, Budget preparing,)
• Conduct Orientation program for the new comers
• Creating records for newly hired employees and ensuring that all information is
accurately documented.
• Monitoring Attendance (Finger scan system) and maintain the company leave
register through HRIS system.
• Receiving and responding to inquiries regarding employment benefits and terms.
• Handling employment and promotion applications and informing applicants of their
status.
• Updating and Maintain ELC Movement on HRIS System.
