- Collect outstanding accounts and cash sales for all AU and assist offshore team with AR to ensure collections are received per credit terms.
- Receipting and allocation of daily payments including foreign currency receipts.
- Improve financial reporting accuracy by streamlining data collection processes and implementing stringent review procedures to assist offshore team in collection requirements.
- Maintaining DSO and queries and any other concerns for top 25 portfolio of accounts on AU ledger to ensure cash flow has minimal impact.
- Account reconciliations.
- Facilitate the successful integration and creation of new customer credit applications into existing financial systems and processes, via SAP once credit has been approved.
- Maintain and manager customer credit limits and payment terms.
- Provide detailed financial analyses to support National Cash manager weekly on accounts in arrears/write offs/P&L impacts.
- Resolve and assist clients having cash flow problems to reach amicable agreement to have debt paid.
- Assist in the decision making of legal action where necessary for accounts in arrears and work with solicitors to provide requirements.
- Credit note reports, Debtor statements, reports on major accounts.
- Any adhoc duties as requested
