I started the BOH experience right after graduating high school back in Malaysia without interest or just plainly for fun. But over the course of starting as a kitchen hand, I have found myself increasing fascinated by culinary arts and the environment. Despite the hectic and chaotic environment, I found rhythm and a great sense of accomplishment. Since then, I have worked in 3 different restaurants gaining diverse knowledge and harnessing different kitchen skills. In the heart of the kitchen, I've learned the importance of teamwork and the joy of sharing successes with a close-knit culinary family. This passion of mine has evolved into a genuine expertise that has now led me to the fulfilling role of a Cook. With a keen spirit, I am poised to contribute my skills and expertise to elevate the dining experience in any professional kitchen setting.
