  • Open Door is a not-for-profit organisation empowering people to meet their goals and reach their potential. Open Door provides assistance in employment, disability, youth and training, providing practical resources to help people find meaningful employment, increase independence and live more fulfilling lives. We meet face to face 8 times per year, including one planning day. We discuss current issues and ensure Open Door operates legally and ethically. We review budgets and financial performances and develop and implement the organization's strategic plan. We have recently gone through a re-brand from WCIG to Open Door.
