As an offsider on a diamond drill rig i have made sure correct manual handling techniques are applied when lifting heavy objects. I use correct technique when manual handling to prevent injuries and ensure my safety and that of others around me. Employing proper techniques also enhances efficiency and reduces the risk of damage to materials and equipment. Consistently using the right methods supports long-term health and productivity, allowing me to perform tasks effectively and with minimal strain.
