• 2020-2021/7, studied in department of wood science and design. learned how to use hand tools like planes, chisels, saw, etc and operate joinery machines.
• August, 2bv021 to January, 2022, engaged in vocational training of interior decoration, learned some basics like using nailers, sanders, and basic flooring, wall framing)
• 8/9/2021 to 8/11/2021, worked in a wood structure company, mainly renovated old Japanese wood structure. The main job is to assist experienced carpenter and use tools to do basic work.
• January, 2022, started doing casual work with private contractor, doing interior decoration and renovation.

I'm an international student from Taiwan, currently study certificate III in of carpentry in Tafe Rockingham. The 2 years course just started 2 weeks ago. Although I just studied here for 2 weeks, I really wanted to get carpentry labour jobs on Thursday and Friday. The reason is that working on site will let me learn fast. Besides, as an international student, I have to complete at least 360 hours work placement. Before coming here, I did similar jobs before, so I'm familiar with some tools and had some basic knowledge. I can work as a site labour or trade assistant on every Thursday and Friday( Mon-Wed in school).
