I am a Supervisor at Bunnings Warehouse. Before becoming a Supervisor, I worked in many areas of the business including but not limited to the Information/Returns desk, Special Orders desk and Click & Collect.

• Manage/supervise 10-15 team members at a time.
• Leading my team to hit daily and weekly targets/goals.
• Provide customer service to an above standard.
• Answering multi-line phone system, routing calls and communicating messages to team and leaders.
• Transporting merchandise to sales floor and replenishing out of stock or low stock items.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy work area to promote optimal productivity and safety standards.
• Maintaining a high level of knowledge surrounding POS, Bunnings back office systems and constantly changing training modules.

• Worked with POS system to place orders, manage bills and handle complimentary items.
• Maintained a clean and presentable work environment by wiping, sanitising and replenishing supplies frequently to support workflow efficiency and employee task.
• Cultivated warm relationships with regular customers.
• Adhered to all safety and sanitation standards while preparing and delivering food.
