A highly passionate and experienced Educator . I have extensive experience when working with a range of students and their families. Forming specific and individualised programs to cater for the child's exact needs and learning goals. I have excellent communication skills and have experience in team building , mentoring, leading and motivating other educators. I am passionate about children's health and wellbeing and have extensive knowledge in the area of literacy and how we can change and implement different programs to suit children with diverse needs. I am currently studying "Functional Behavioural Neuroimmunology" . to broaden my knowledge on how to best support students with Neurodevelopmental conditions. I am also a very big believer, that each child has their own specific strengths and diverse needs. We need to cater for this in a way that suits them best . Providing an environment that allows them to be successful , achieve their goals and be confident in who they are.
