Summary

I am a final-year Bachelor of Nursing student at UTS, currently employed as an Assistant in Nursing at Concord Hospital through the SLHD–UTS Collaboration Program. I have completed a broad range of clinical placements across ICU, mental health, haematology, aged care, and cardiology, where I developed key skills in vital signs, A–H assessments, personal care, tracheostomy care, ECGs, and NG tube management. I have also developed the ability to build therapeutic relationships with patients and their families, supporting trust and person-centred care. I am passionate about caring for others and strive to provide safe, respectful, and compassionate nursing care in every setting. I work well in a team and enjoy contributing to a collaborative and supportive environment. I have selected perioperative nursing as my final semester elective to further develop my skills in surgical and recovery-based care. I am eager to begin my career in a setting where I can continue to learn, grow, and make a meaningful contribution as a graduate nurse.
