Summary
I have always wanted to get in the trades and electrical is what im passionate for, really enjoying my experience doing work placement at Clancy's Electrical, with some work in electrical installations, roughing in and site safety. Also having started a cert || in Electrotechnology this year. This is what I want to do with my career and im motivated to do my best in it. A bit about myself is I im really big on my sport, cricket and footy being captain through out the whole of my juniors having strong leadership skills being able to connect with teammates and coaches to get the best out of the group is something I would like to carry into the workplace being that positive and hardworking kid, wanting to get better and learn as much as possible. I enjoy spending time with family and friends going out socialising staying busy.

- The work experience I have gained so far has included a good understanding and ability to roughing in houses, running cable, understanding how hard actives work, so running the hard actives for all the downlights in houses, and also running the cables for power points, hot water systems and aircons. Ive done this in different conditions like under the house, up in the roof and on the ladder in the house in the rough in stage.
- I have done some basic fit offs, such as power points, plugbases, then installing the downlights. Ive done a few spotlights. I take pride in my work making sure the terminals meet trade standards are is fully compliant. always making sure it is level and getting the boss to see it is all good.
- Im big on keeping the site clean, always dust panning and shovelling the mess when going from powerpoint to powerpoint, and when watching and learning from the electrical workers cleaning up mess to help them. eliminating hazards when ever i notice them. and at the end of the job sweeping and putting all rubbish away. On top of staying clean going around to powerpoints, lightswitches and battenholders giving them a clean with jif cream and wiping them.
