Day to day my tasks include:

• Processing sales accurately and efficiently
• Diagnose issues with returned products.
• Respond to customer inquiries effectively.
• Keeping work areas tidy
• Maintaining store cleanliness and organizational standards
• Provide exceptional service to guarantee a positive shopping experience at all times.
• Increased sales by building strong customer relationships and providing excellent service.

I have also taken on leadership roles as current assistant manager is temporarily transferred to another store. this includes assisting newer staff and keeping team members on top of KPI's. As well as more back office work through out the day.
