• I started working in the kitchen at melt doing dishes and eventually worked my way up to cooking in the back section
• After 7 months in the kitchen I started working front of house running food and drinks as well as taking orders from customers
• In December I started working in the rooftop cocktail bar making drinks.

• Laboring, gardening, preparation and laying of turf, landscaping
• This role is labor intensive and involves long days
• I enjoy this work and the opportunity to watch a space develop from nothing to meeting the client expectations.
