I worked as an electrical trades assistant for evolve talent agency on a large sized industrial fit out for CV services. The job was a new drinks manufacturing and distribution centre for suntory oceana. On this job I worked independently as well as in a small team.

On this job my duties included but not limited to;

Installation of 100x100 mm and 200x60mm stainless steel cable duct, including fabricating multiple hand cut angles.

Terminating 3 phase motors

Leading multiple cable pulls

Terminating door access controls, emergency stop systems and multiple other low voltage control cabling

Installation of various control points for the conveyor belts

Installation of 25x25mm and 100x50mm stainless steel basket

• worked on a 22 story apartment building
• roughed in over 100 units including power, lighting circuits, data and tv as well as access controls
• worked as part of a team and taught multiple apprentices improving their skills and knowledge
• installed and maintained temporary site power
• kept on schedule to keep up with the site programme

• Completed a full apprenticeship
• Worked on various types of projects including rewires, new build housing, office fit outs, medical facilities, street lighting, bespoke shop fit outs, sports and gym facilities
• Completed jobs from start to finish
• Works undertaken such as temporary site power and lighting including generators, emergency lighting and general maintenance, data installations, cctv, intruder alarms
• Multiple jobs undertaken with the use of mobile working platforms both inside and outside
• Outside lighting works complete such as car park lighting and street lighting

• Handled multiple calls and web chats each day, answering customer queries within target times.
• Provided a friendly, supportive and empathetic approach when dealing with complex customer cases.
• Kept customer records updated and accurate by asking details during calls and documenting onto CRM system.
