· Qualified Seasonal Greenkeeper at Rosapenna/St Patricks Links Golf Club – Mar2024-Oct2024 – During my seasonal work at the Rosapenna site I was involved with mostly renovation practices and general mowing of surfaces such as greens/fairways over the 3 18/hole courses. The site mainly utilised unskilled labour workers which I was also tasked with teaching the basics of greenkeeping too such as mower operation/maintenance, safe work procedures and other general maintenance practices such as pitching fairway divots and dusting greens.

· 2019 Australian Golf Open – Following my completion of Certificate 3 and becoming a qualified green keeper, the course I was still employed at hosted the 2019 Australian Golf Open. This event was more memorable as the knowledge gained during my apprenticeship allowed me to take a more proactive role in the course preparation and lead me to leading a team of 7 greenkeeper volunteers on the back 9 bunkers. This event would also lead me to making a lasting connection with the current Superintendent of Rosapenna/St Patricks Links Golf Course in Donegal, Ireland and lead to my future work at the course.

· Apprentice Greenkeeper at The Australian Golf Club – 2016-2019 – Skills learnt in this role include, Punctuality, time efficiency and the basics of greenkeeping/turf management.

· 2017 Australian Golf Open – During my apprenticeship, the course I was working on hosted the Australian Golf Open which was an intense period of maintenance for around 6 months leading into the event where I was included in organising/preparing the surfaces for play. During the week-long event we were paired with greenkeeper volunteers from all over the world which was quite the learning experience.
