  • Company Overview: Secure Parking operates 600 car parks across Australia, annual revenue $150m, and holds a 40% market share. In 2017 Secure Parking was acquired by Park24, one of the largest Carpark operators in the world with an annual revenue of $330 billion.
  • Managed overall profitability of 40 high-performing of commercial car parks, focusing on yield management, operations, staffing, and lease re-negotiations.
  • Delivered accurate month-end P&L reporting to Park24 (Tokyo) and NASDAQ stakeholders.
  • Led quarterly budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the Carpark portfolio.
  • Chaired weekly performance meetings with the CEO; to review revenue, net profit results (actuals vs budget), expenses, along with quarterly P&L reviews and variance analysis.
  • Monthly meetings with key clients and stakeholders to assess the performance and improvement of car parks.
  • Oversaw and submitted successful government tender submissions (NSW Health) and negotiated high-end NSW commercial lease renewals aligned with business KPIs.
