During my employment at Pixie Ice Cream i worked briefly as a production packer until i was selected to undergo floor crew training. I was positioned as a floor crew member for 3 weeks where my work ethic and positive demeanour earned me the opportunity to learn the essential position of Vat washer/O-ring maintenance. I trained under the then vat washer for 9 or so months after my trainer James was promoted to morning shift Mixroom operator, leaving me solely in charge of the Vat washer/O-Ring maintenance position which i have been for the last 19 months. I also modified and streamlined certain procedures to improve efficiency within the position.

As the factory's primary qualified Vat washer my main duties are but not limited to:

• Scrubbing, preparing, cleaning and sanitising a network of CIP lines, vats, churns, pumps and valves.
• Operating the complex CIP computer system to wash, rinse and sanitise the Production vats, churns and lines.
• Checking and setting the CIP systems manual directional valves and switches.
• Performing preventative Maintenance on the factory's complex network of pipework, CIP lines, vats, churns, pumps and valves.
• inspecting and replacing O-rings, D-Rings and Tri-clovers for the factory's CIP system and Production Machines.
• Disassembling, maintaining and Replacing internal parts on Production and CIP pumps.
• Identifying and replacing worn out CIP related parts and equipment.
• Assisting the Supervisor by recording the daily gas, water and bore usage.
• Weekly inventory stocktake on the CIP chemicals cupboard.
• Fill, dose and titrate the CIP caustic alkali and sanitiser vats and record the results.

While working for Koala Farms i was positioned in there packing shed as a casual packer. the position was very similar to my position at Rugby Farms so my General Duties ill be the same between the two

While working at rugby farms i was employed as a casual production packer for various vegetables. Some of my general duties and feats were:

• Packed and stacked crates of product in an efficient and timely manner.
• Reduced product defects by carefully inspecting items before packaging for shipment.
• Packed boxes with counted products and labeled for shipping.
• Maintained stock and clean work area for optimal productivity.
• Developed strong relationships with coworkers, fostering an atmosphere of teamwork that contributed to overall operational success.
• Assisted in training new employees on proper packing procedures, contributing to overall team success.
• Collaborated with team members to quickly identify and resolve any issues that arose during the packing process.
