After nearly 5 years in structural steel I am am seeking new and exciting opportunities to gain further experience with Aluminium and Stainless steel.

At CPE I am workshop based Welder and fabricate all types of structural beams, columns, rafters ,lift shafts, trusses and frames using the GMAW process. I read and interpret engineers drawings to build the completed member also ensure its within all tolerances and my work is to the highest standard possible. In my current role we work to the ISO standard which is higher than 1554 Australian standard this is because our government contracts require this. ISO certification means that all welders need to be ticketed and tested every 3 months to comply with the standards.
