Achievements include winning two gold medals at the Oceania Swimming Championships and placing within the top 50 at the 2024 World Swimming Championships in Budapest, Hungary. Currently hold multiple roles at NUsport as a Gym Instructor, Group Fitness Instructor, and Strength & Conditioning Coach. Excel at designing personalized training programs, leading group classes, and coaching athletes to enhance their performance. Committed to improving sporting programs in the Hunter and Newcastle region. Also currently operates a personal training service called AquaJack Fitness, providing tailored strength and conditioning strategies along with swim coaching to help individuals achieve their fitness goals. As a team member, I haved represented New Zealand on the world stage, competing in elite international events such as the World Swimming Championships, Oceania Swimming Championships, and other prestigious competitions. I have also fulfilled my duties as a professional athlete by giving back to smaller grass root sporting teams in Newcastle and surrounding areas by providing Swim clinics and speech presentations to help share my experience
