  • Full time customer service and sales agent for SkyMesh, a large Australian internet provider that services rural areas with satellite or fixed wireless internet
  • In this role I’m responsible for customer enquiries, including billing, account information, internet plans and sales
  • I’ve taken on multiple projects including assisting the accounts team, our sister company BorderNet and our New Zealand branch Brdy
  • I also assist the credit management team by following up customers owing debts
  • I’ve been very successful in reducing this list i.e
  • I reduced the credit management queue from 400+ to zero over a 3 months, while also managing my customer service responsibilities
  • During my employment with SkyMesh, a large system upgrade was implemented
  • To assist staff with learning this new system, I developed a gap analysis of the job tasks
  • I also developed a customised dashboard in our new system to help other agents manage their workflow daily
  • When able I assist with training new accounts staff.

Dungeons and Dragons

I play fornightly to monthly regular games of dungeons and dragons with a close group of friends, practicing communication and story telling skills in a collaborative group that works together to solve narrative problems I present as a DM, I've been doing this on going for 7 years.
