At Sheren Electrics I perused my 1st 2nd and 3rd year electrical apprenticeship. Sheren Electrics primary focus was cool rooms. During my apprenticeship I have mainly focused on wiring new commercial size cool rooms and freezers. I also wired control boards for the units. Whilst being in this position I have learnt, demonstrated and completed the following tasks.

• Installed new electrical components and fixtures safely and tested systems to make sure they were wired correctly and that they were in a safe condition
• Repaired light fixtures, controls, switches, relays and circuit breaker panels based on detailed evaluations.
• Assisted in teaching other apprentices in basic electrical principles, tool management and site safety
• Optimized work readiness with organized tools and spaces.
• Completed and checked wiring tasks through wall and floor conduits and holes accurately.
• Used various measuring and testing instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, voltmeters and testing lamps to complete installations and repairs.
• Interpreted drawings, wiring diagrams and written descriptions of project requirements.

I was employed at Fun Fields Whittlesea as a Christmas casual. I completed the following tasks while being a ride operator.

• Engaged safety devices and monitored attraction during operation to reduce safety risks.
• Followed posted height and age restrictions and denied access to attraction for guests under minimum requirements.
• Resolved guest issues by identifying source of complaint and formulating corrective action with supervisor.
• Performed troubleshooting and routine maintenance to keep equipment in a good working condition.
