My experience as an administration assistant has taught me how to work efficiently and effectively with others to provide our clients with the best experiences and outcomes, especially during high-pressure times, like the end of the quarter and the end of financial year. Furthermore, my role frequently required me to learn new software and information to create a smoother workflow for the accountants and other administration staff, reinforcing my communication skills and adaptability.
Using these skills and my area of current studies, I wish to expand upon my strong interest in optometry and vision science and find employment as an optical assistant. I am committed to learning, achieving results, and prioritising a customer-centric approach, ensuring that every decision and strategy is aligned with my clients' and organisation's needs and expectations.
