My role at Carbon Revolution was somewhat of a "jack of all trades" position, but for the most part was modelled around leadership and ownership of:

• Building and leading of teams to problem solve unforeseen issues in products undergoing design and product validation
• Streamlining communication between engineering and manufacturing departments through clear reporting and documentation
• Conducting statistical analysis to identify trends in data sets, informing process improvements that resulted in enhanced product performance upon product launch.
• Developing and maintaining reports for management to provide visibility into launch quality metrics, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
• Implementing data-driven decision-making processes for continuous improvement in product quality.
• Enhancing manufacturing processes for better product performance and reduced defects.

Heading the repair department and assisting in research + development for a new hull design for an upcoming boat show. There I gained valuable skills in manufacturing management of a composite factory

Educated in the basics of manufacturing with composite materials, primarily carbon fibre. Full apprenticeship saw me develop into a more senior professional in the industry, and an intellectual leader when it comes to composite and carbon fibre manufacturing systems
