Background in customer service and skilled labour, complemented by GPH certifications and First Aid, dedicated to creating a positive team first environment. Influential soccer coach of two junior teams at Narrabeen Football Club, and Brazilian Soccer schools, enhancing player performance through customized drills and strategic game management. Referee for both Touch Football and Summer soccer competitions, providing leadership and conflict resolution to players, coaches alike, as well as maintaining game integrity.

Communication is key to a successful environment. Through my time in lifesaving, I understand the importance of close-loop communication when giving and receiving instructions to ensure no misunderstanding, especially under the pressure of an emergency situation.

I am also aware positive communication with passengers can enhance the customer experience. I have learned this important skill through participating in many teams throughout both school and weekend sports. This included maintaining open and effective communication with players, parents, and staff to ensure a supportive and cohesive network, including evaluating player performance with regular constructive feedback through both my coaching at Narrabeen FC and Brazilian Soccer Schools.

Additionally, I understand the importance of managing conflict resolution through my SSG and Touch Football refereeing of players and coaches, to maintain game integrity. 

Through my sea service at Fantasea Crusing Ferries, I understand positive communication can enhance customer experience for passengers through improving safety.  This is something I have gained a much stronger appreciation of through my time labouring, as well as working for large global organisations like KFC and Hungry Jacks who recognise, train and highlight safety importance.

I believe Leadership is vital in all aspects of life because it provides vision, direction, and motivation to bring people together to achieve goals they couldn’t reach alone. I have developed my leadership skills through being a part of various teams, for which leadership, good communication, and safety are all imperative.

I have developed strong leadership skills through work, sport, school and community roles. As a soccer coach, referee, and school sport captain, I learned how to run training sessions, support a team, and communicate clearly with both players and parents. Refereeing also gave me experience staying calm under pressure and resolving conflict in a fair and respectful way, while prioritising the safety of all involved.

In the workplace, I've shown leadership by supporting new and younger staff at KFC and Hungry Jack's.  I've helped them understand their role, operate machinery safely, and follow correct procedures.  On worksites, I make safety a priority by following procedures myself, and encouraging others to do the same.

Outside of formal roles, I’ve also stepped up when needed, using my surf life saving training to help a friend caught in a rip while off duty.  Across all of these experiences, I focus on leading by example, acting with integrity, and maintaining high standards, even when no one is watching.
