NSW Shared Equity Home Buyer Helper Scheme

  • From the ground up I successfully implemented a priority initiative of the NSW Premier, a highly public, large & complex project involving the issue of the day for many Australians. A $780 million investment in a trial of a Shared Equity Scheme to make home ownership more achievable for single parents, older singles, victims of domestic violence & first home buyers (teachers, nurses, police and victims of domestic violence).
  • The implementation received RNSW Excellence Awards and the scheme the largest amount of government website hits since the COVID-19 response initiatives.
  • I facilitated the multi-phased implementation program that included 12 interrelated delivery streams from initiation to operation. Led program stream leads (incl. direct reports) and operational partners through the implementation process.
  • Major components of the program included the procurement and onboarding of Banking Partners, Business Analysis & Design, Enterprise Systems (Incl. Salesforce Development), Legal & Contract, Operations, Compliance & Debt, Risk & Privacy, Policy, Conveyancing, Finance, Valuations, Communications, Post Go-Live Hypercare, PMO obligations, Marketing and Engagement.

Duties & Grants Optimisation Program

  • Managed a business optimisation program (pipeline of25 initiatives) for an organisation that administed circa $40B in state revenue (FY 22/23).
  • Program streams included: Automation, Salesforce and System Optimisation, Analysis & Reporting, Optimisation of Payments & Debt Recovery, Customer Service & Channel Optimisation, Best Practice Leadership and Continual Improvement.

NSW Electric Vehicle Program

  • Successfully delivered the Electric Vehicle Duty Refund and Rebate schemes within challenging time constraints. Rebate scheme value $75M. Project Budget $1.8M. Led a variety of internal functional areas and coordinating with other major state government departments. Included a Salesforce portal development and launch.
