NSW Shared Equity Home Buyer Helper Scheme

• From the ground up I successfully implemented a priority initiative of the NSW Premier, a highly public, large & complex project involving the issue of the day for many Australians. A $780 million investment in a trial of a Shared Equity Scheme to make home ownership more achievable for single parents, older singles, victims of domestic violence & first home buyers (teachers, nurses, police and victims of domestic violence).
• The implementation received RNSW Excellence Awards and the scheme the largest amount of government website hits since the COVID-19 response initiatives.
• I facilitated the multi-phased implementation program that included 12 interrelated delivery streams from initiation to operation. Led program stream leads (incl. direct reports) and operational partners through the implementation process.
• Major components of the program included the procurement and onboarding of Banking Partners, Business Analysis & Design, Enterprise Systems (Incl. Salesforce Development), Legal & Contract, Operations, Compliance & Debt, Risk & Privacy, Policy, Conveyancing, Finance, Valuations, Communications, Post Go-Live Hypercare, PMO obligations, Marketing and Engagement.

Duties & Grants Optimisation Program

• Managed a business optimisation program (pipeline of25 initiatives) for an organisation that administed circa $40B in state revenue (FY 22/23).
• Program streams included: Automation, Salesforce and System Optimisation, Analysis & Reporting, Optimisation of Payments & Debt Recovery, Customer Service & Channel Optimisation, Best Practice Leadership and Continual Improvement.

NSW Electric Vehicle Program

• Successfully delivered the Electric Vehicle Duty Refund and Rebate schemes within challenging time constraints. Rebate scheme value $75M. Project Budget $1.8M. Led a variety of internal functional areas and coordinating with other major state government departments. Included a Salesforce portal development and launch.
  

• Project managed the Brand & Property Refresh Program: 130+ sites nationally
• Created implementation tools and led optimisation sessions to improve operational support after new site openings.

• Established and executed the 'Program Management Performance Domains' (PMI) for 32 public / commercial hospital performance improvement initiatives
• Assessed, prioritised and strategically aligned the NBH 'project / performance optimisation initiatives pipeline'.

• Assigned to the Cerner Corporation - Engagement Owner (Senior Project Manager) eMeds Program
• Client facing Engagement Owner (Senior Project Manager) for Cerner, a multinational corporation providing significant eHealth technology services for a key state eHealth program.

• Coordinated Care Stream (Agile) - Setup prototyping to gain client experience insights and design input for the building, testing and implementation of initiatives that improve service delivery and quality of life outcomes to icare's seriously injured client group throughout their continuum of care
• Grow & Enhance Care Stream (Agile) - Led the project management team for multiple Seriously Injured People claims cohort transitions from several key commercial Scheme Agents to Workers Care (icare).

• Directed a large program team with multiple commercial sub-contractor organisations and delivery partners
• Also managed direct reports that included Project Managers, Stream Leads, Subject Matter Experts and Project Coordinator roles
• Represented Healthdirect Australia on the client's Program Board (Federal Government).

• Led 27 high profile and value commercial projects and programs for the largest International SOS contract globally, within a complex environment delivering medical and mental healthcare for asylum seekers in detention
• Delivered key project outcomes relating to service and site establishment, business infrastructure development, IT, quality, product and service enhancement.

• Created a program governance strategy across three organisational levels for eight project streams by six business elements + four supporting strategies, collectively consisting of 52 business areas
• Created project control tools and baseline MS Project schedules for the eight project streams.

• Successfully transitioned a range of disparate critical state functions from various organisations to a common consolidated shared services format servicing NSW.

• Client facing Engagement Owner (Senior Project Manager) for Cerner, a multinational corporation providing significant eHealth technology services for a key state eHealth program.
