I have spent the last 11 years with the same company starting out as a Diesel Fitter for the first 5 years to then transitioning into a face of the company sales role for the past 6 years where in this time I have gained knowledge and experience in customer relations, negotiations, project management and prioritising work load to meet the needs and deadlines of the tasks at hand to ensure customer satisfaction is met and exceeded. As a loyal worker I am looking for a long term roll in a diverse sales field to further my experience and diversify my skill set.

In my current role as a Sales Representative, I have found a passion for working in fast paced environments where quick thinking and decision making can be the difference between failure and success. Over the past years I have expanded my knowledge and gained new skills that help me to do my part in ensuring goals are met and customer satisfaction is exceeded. The sales industry is an ever evolving field and I am always excited to learn new skills and techniques to better myself and the company. I have learnt that follow up builds customer relations and providing a service that meets the goals of the client drives good recommendations and repeat business.

Starting out as a Diesel Fitter taught me about hard work and completing jobs to a tight deadline as when a customers machinery goes down every minute those machines are not working the money is left on the table, So hard work prioritisation and problem solving skills are needed. This role set me up perfectly for when I eventually transitioned in to the sales role that i currently work in now and have found my stride. A few points that I have found that have really been beneficial or similar to sales are.
