. Working here involved a variety of different jobs throughout the week. They included general maintenance on horse racetracks e.g. Caulfield race track. It also include jobs in warehouses in which mainly involved packing and un-packing orders. This job taught me many things including:

- how to Work effectively in fast-paced environments.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- how to Work well in a team setting, providing support and guidance.

• Whilst working with Melbourne Event Merchandise I continued working on customer service
• I worked in a fast paced environment at concerts, festivals and other events, where I had to memorise products in a short period of time
• Keeping an organised working environment was crucial in this position
• I learnt vital skills such as folding and stocktake
