Jacob Hurst

I'm a hardworking and passionate job seeker and am eager to secure an entry-level position. I'm dependable, and can manage multiple priorities with a positive attitude.

I have been a member of the Banksia Scout Group since 2015, starting as a Joey Scout, then a Cub Scout, and am now a Scout. I plan to continue on with Scouts, and will become a Venturer in early 2024.

During my scouting career, I have been involved in many group-related activities and camps. This year, I have been assigned a leadership role as a Patrol Leader.

As a Patrol Leader, I am responsible for managing a group of 4 younger Scouts and assisting them during activities. The other Patrol Leaders and I are part of the Planning Committee, which organises for the program of events each term, and makes decisions regarding behaviour management.

The skills and experience I have gained by being a Scout have been invaluable - my team-based skills are excellent, and I am also able to work independently.

I obtained my First Aid Certificate with Scouts.
