As the Senior Recruitment Officer, I am responsible for supervising the day to day activities of the Recruitment Officers, as well as providing support to the Recruitment Manager. The position is a key point of contact for recruitment staff, training and ongoing professional development, as well as liaising with a range of other internal and external stakeholders such as HNELHD Workforce and HR units, HealthShare NSW, hiring managers, and candidates.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with HNELHD hiring managers to coordinate and facilitate the delivery of client and candidate focuses end to end recruitment functions, services, and campaigns
  • Provide day to day supervision of recruitment staff, including being their first point of contact for queries and escalated issues
