• Safety and Compliance: Conduct thorough pre-operation inspections, report safety hazards, and adhere to all site safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, such as fueling, greasing, and minor repairs, to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Production Support: Assist in production tasks, ensuring the timely movement of materials to maintain workflow and achieve production targets.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and collaborate with maintenance teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Data Logging: Accurately record equipment usage, production output, and safety inspections using digital or manual logbooks.
• Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations with appropriate action, ensuring team safety and following site emergency protocols.
